Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Woof Lamp™. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges as simple and stress-free as possible.


✅ Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 60 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by your order number or the name/email used at checkout

To start a return, please contact us at hello@wooflamp.com with a photo or video of the item so we can quickly review and help you with the next steps.


📦 Return Shipping Made Easy

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label — no need to pay for shipping or visit a post office for labels. Simply pack the item in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at your local USPS.

🔔 Important: Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions. Any unauthorized returns will incur a $20 handling fee.


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We stand behind the quality of every Woof Lamp™. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@wooflamp.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — fast.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@wooflamp.com.


❌ Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. We work fast to hand-process and ship our handmade lamps, so after this window, cancellations may no longer be possible.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and request a return.


✏️ Incorrect Address?

Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 1 hour so we can try to fix it.

Unfortunately, once your order is fulfilled, we can’t change the address or re-route the package. Woof Lamp™ is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.


🚚 Shipping Delays

Woof Lamp™ does not control carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or service interruptions. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping timelines are in the hands of the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, we’ll happily reship it at our cost — but refunds are not issued for delays outside our control.


📦 Refused Delivery

If a delivery is refused and returned to us, a $20 return fee will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this, please reach out to us before returning or refusing a package.


🌍 Customs, Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes based on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in your order total.

If a package is returned to us due to refusal of customs fees, a refund will not be issued.
